Mid Summer's Art Festival

The festival is over. That is the first time I've ever been there or to the "New Fort" for that matter. What a nice event! We had a lovely day; the weather was perfect! I DID pray for good weather.

The festival was busy right up until the end of the day. There were several people who asked me where I was from and I found out that some people even drove down to the Fort from the city. I even saw a few familiar faces among the guests including a former schoolmate whom I haven't seen in 30 years! :o)

My mom helped me again, of course. I am so blessed!

There were a number of other jewellery artists that I knew there so it was nice to chat off and on throughout the day as well. All in all a very positive day! :o)

I definitely plan to be there next year!
